TRAINING ON CNOOC IRAQ

2019年1月，公司对中海油米桑油田的8名伊拉克一线员工开展了历时一周的重泵产品原理及操作培训。中海油领导和重泵管理层对本次培训高度重视，针对培训做了详尽事前培训计划，并组织了来自技术中心，市场部等主要职能部门的骨干主持培训。公司副总经理彭忠热情接待了培训人员一行，并对培训提出目标和期望，要求相关部门在工作上和生活上对受训员工给予充分照顾关怀。

In January of 2019, CQPI has carried out one-week long training on 8 first-line staff from Misan Oilfield of CNOOC Iraq for product knowledge and operation skills. Management from CNOOC and CQPI stressed high importance of this training, with good advanced preparation for detailed training plan and excellent engineers and experts from CQPI core departments like Technology Center and Marketing Department. Mr. Peng Zhong, Deputy General Manager from CQPI, has given warm reception and own participation of the delegation, raising target and expectation for the training, meanwhile requiring local assurance for work and life easiness of Iraq staff during the training period.

米桑油田项目是中海油首次作为项目的主合同方开发和管理的一个大型整装油田，项目地址位于伊拉克米桑省境内。重泵作为中海油的重要战略合作伙伴和关键设备供应商，借“一带一路”东风跟随大型央企步伐，为米桑项目供应了多台油田注水泵，并提供了现场安装和操作培训等保产增效支持。

The Misan Oilfield Project is a large-scale integrated oilfield developed and managed by CNOOC for the first time as the main contractor of the project, which is located in Misan Province, Iraq. As an important strategic partner and key equipment supplier of CNOOC, CQPI has supplied several oilfield water injection pumps for Misan Project, by means of positive influence  from China strategy of "Belt & Road" along with the pace of large central State Owned Enterprises.（YYG）
