Success of POSCO Descaling System Commissioning

喜讯：韩国POSCO二期除鳞系统调试成功

On 25^th April, CQPI received information from POSCO that commission of pumps for POSCO Guangyang descaling system was concluded, which passed 168 hours performance testing, and the pump vibration value reached Grade A standard in GB/T29531 (Pump Vibration Measurement and Evaluation Method).

4月25日，韩国POSCO近日告知，由重泵公司交付的POSCO光阳工厂的二期除鳞系统一次性调试成功，已通过168小时性能考核，成功并入一期除鳞系统运行，泵振动指标达到GB/T29531《泵的振动测量与评价方法》中的A级考核标准。

CQPI supplied the first descaling system to Korea POSCO in 2013, and the pumps have been running for 7 years. To expand production, POSCO Guangyang started to construct new project since end of year 2018, , the phase II to integrate into the initial systems after completion.

2013年，重泵公司除鳞系统成功供货韩国POSCO，一期系统已成功运行7年。为扩大生产规模，POSCO光阳工厂于2018年末启动二期建设，建成后并入一期运行。

The COVID-19 was raging during commissioning, but CQPI organized professional experts for all aspects including machinery, system, electrical, instrumentation, automation, etc., to help and guide the onsite installation and commissioning by means of E-mail, telephone, video, web conference etc. to achieve the final success of the commission.
